We’ve Got You Covered!
Organic Growth
Our expert non-destructive remediation process is the best and most cost-effective method for removing attic mold and stains. We do not paint over or encapsulate the mold, we remove it! Other companies recommend replacing building materials which can be costly and inconvenient for tenants. Properties can be treated and ready for return the same day in most cases with a 60 month guarantee.
Asbestos
If asbestos is not disturbed it is usually harmless, however repairs or renovations can pose a high risk by sending toxic fibers into the air causing health problems for occupants and neighbors. Our accredited AHERA building inspectors follow strict standards set by the State of Oregon, OSHA, and DEQ. We can take samples and if the material is found to be positive for asbestos we will repair or remove it safely.
Indoor Air Quality
We offer air testing and a three-step process for improving indoor air quality. Perfect for concerns about mold, allergens, improper ventilation, and the health of building occupants. We provide a detailed report that lists our findings and recommendations as well as an individualized and affordable plan for remediating the problem with a 60 -month guarantee for peace of mind.

Budget Time? Do Not Forget Your Attic Spaces.
Budget season is underway and property managers have a lot to consider when anticipating expenses and income. One area that is often overlooked while forecasting is the attic inspection. For attics that are inspected yearly, the cost can be much smaller than waiting for a potential problem to ensue. Benjamin Franklin said, “Beware of little expenses, a small leak can sink a big ship”. The same is true for budgets, putting off this detail can likely cause a huge variance down the road, and ironically in our wet climate an actual “small leak” or water issue can be quite costly if not quickly and properly addressed.
