We are looking for a General Manager to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for the owners/company. We are a fast growing company with 30 employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle administrative needs of company ownership
- Arrange conference calls and meetings
- Supervise onsite personnel
- Maintain high standards of service that adhere to our company values
- Adjust daily schedules as needed
- Oversee hiring, training, and development of staff
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Oversee evaluations per schedule
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
- Advocate for employee retention and development
- Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have experience working in an office and wearing many hats – HR, training, problem solving, and customer service. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM, in our Lake Oswego office.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field; or a combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5+ years in a supervisor role
- Demonstrated success in hiring, training, and development
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong decision making and leadership capabilities
- Ability to work with multiple teams
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality
- Ability to respond flexibly to often changing business priorities
- Excellent phone etiquette
COMPENSATION
From $45,000 – $65,000
Training provided with 30-day, 60-day, and yearly reviews
Medical/Dental (CIE will pay 50 percent medical after 90-day probation; Dental is available)
401k after one-year, guaranteed match up to three percent of your annual earnings and an additional elective three percent
