Our Client Relations Specialists handle important administrative tasks such as job processing and act as an extension of the sales team. Provide first-class sales by answering questions clients have about our services and scheduling. Act as an expert in selling services to consumers that meet their needs. Provide support for the project managers and field technicians, coordinate schedules, and perform administrative functions. Act as a liaison between clients, tenants, brokers, contractors, and tech/business development teams.
Must be extremely detail oriented with fast & accurate keyboard skills to record information into our scheduling software. Provide professional phone etiquette. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook & Teams. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM, in our Lake Oswego office. Prior customer service experience preferred, but not necessary.
